The Chamber’s Conference Room is provided as a Member Benefit on a first come first served basis. Members may utilize the Conference Room on a non-routine basis for up to 2 hours at a time at no cost, as a member benefit, during regular business hours.
The Conference Room is also available for Members to rent outside of regular business hours, pending staff availability, as follows:
Half-Day: $ 150.00 (up to four hours)
Full Day: $250.00 (up to eight hours)
The Conference Room may be available to non-members for rental, as follows:
$50/hour, or $350/day. Rentals during non-business hours may incur an additional staffing fee.
