PDF FILE: Germantown-Town-Center-RFP-for-Website-2026.pdf
Good afternoon,
My name is Zeina Davis, and I’m reaching out to introduce myself as the Program Director for the Germantown Town Center through the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce.
Through a Montgomery County grant, the Chamber has been leading the development of the Germantown Town Center Business District — a long-term effort focused on strengthening Germantown’s local economy, celebrating its cultural diversity, and fostering meaningful connections between businesses and the community. Over the past year, this work has included extensive outreach, listening sessions, and research with residents, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders, resulting in a new brand identity and a clear vision for the Town Center’s future.
We are now entering the next phase of this initiative and are seeking a qualified website design and development partner to help bring this vision to life through a community-centered, accessible, and visually engaging website that supports the business district.
Based on our research, recommendations, and Chamber connections, your firms stood out as a potential fit for this project, and we would love to invite you to submit a proposal in response to the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Germantown Town Center website.
This project is deeply rooted in collaboration and community voice. The selected firm will work closely with Chamber staff, an ad-hoc community committee, and local stakeholders to ensure the website authentically reflects Germantown — one of the most diverse communities in the country — and supports the wide range of businesses that call it home.
Key details at a glance:
• Total project budget: $12,000
• Proposal deadline: February 20, 2026
• Optional virtual Q&A session: February 4, 2026 (1:30–2:30 PM)
• Anticipated project kickoff: Week of March 16, 2026
The full RFP, including scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and evaluation criteria, is attached.
Please let me know by next Tuesday, February 3rd, if you plan to submit a proposal and would like to attend the optional Q & A session. If you would like to submit but are not able to attend the meeting, notes from the meeting will be sent to you. We truly value thoughtful, community-minded partners and appreciate your interest in this work.
Warm regards,
Zeina Davis
