Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber Golf Tournament a Success Despite Hurricane Florence
Golfers were able to tee off & complete 18-holes of golf at the Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber of Commerce (GGCC) 28th Annual Business Golf Classic despite the forecast of “Hurricane Florence” in the midst. Over 75 players, teed off at Worthington Manor Golf Club, 8329 Fingerboard Road, Urbana, Maryland on Friday, September 14, 2018. “Planning a golf outing with the threat of a hurricane looming is not for the faint hearted.
