The Gaithersburg-Germantown Chamber (GGCC) in partnership with Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union’s Small Business University hosted its 7th Annual “Grow Your Business” Seminar & Expo on Wednesday, March 5 at the Highlands Conference Center,

This year’s seminar featured Art Dwight, Chief Learning Officer of One Decision, LLC, who spoke on “Timeless Secrets to Achieve Explosive Sales Growth”. Our second featured speaker was Monica Spilman, Senior Digital Marketer of 270net Technologies who presented “Digital Marketing for a Digital Age”.

“We hit it out of the ballpark with this seminar. Combining traditional sales and digital marketing provided a good overview of the old and the new, but it was our speakers who really brought it home,” said Marilyn Balcombe, GGCC Executive Director.

The seminar was sponsored by BusinesSuites Gaithersburg & the Montgomery County Department of Economic Development.

Small, medium and large size businesses were able to take advantage of the numerous resources that were presented at the seminar, including the thirteen businesses in the business expo. Those businesses were:

  • 270net Technologies
  • BusinesSuites Gaithersburg
  • CQI Associates
  • Griswold Home Care
  • Halo Branded Solutions
  • Klinger & Associates, Inc.
  • The Jennings Business Group, LLC
  • Montgomery County Department Economic Development
  • Premier Values Magazine of Montgomery County
  • Proforma Stevenson & Associates
  • Quinter Design
  • Small Business Administration
  • What a Party Promotions & Apparel
